It's been almost a month since the last blog was posted because things were changing so fast around here! We are happy to say that we are in full operation (Scout Shop and Offices) and about 97 percent completed. The subcontractors are working hard to be done by mid next week and we will be excited to see them done!! I must say these folks have been a real pleasure to get to work with and to form a working relationship that's not typical between an owner and a contractor. They have gone above and beyond for us and we are thrilled.
The next blog post should hopefully tell you we are done! We plan on having an open house/ribbon cutting/rededication in about 6 weeks or so, so watch for that on the web site- www.goldenspread.org
